Usui Reiki I Class

Start your Reiki healing journey here! This level one class is meant to establish and develop a strong foundation in Reiki practices. In this class we will journey through the traditional information and materials of an Usui Reiki first degree training. Students are introduced to basic Reiki principles, concepts, terminology, treatment-methods, and history. Based in traditional Usui Reiki, students learn how to work with universal Reiki energies for healing and are encouraged to practice on themselves and those close to them who want to experience these energies. The day wraps up with the first degree attunements, practice and discussion.
