Policies and Procedures in regards to Magus Books and Herbs
Returns
We will accept returns within 3 days, as long as they are in new condition, and a non-consumable product.
Acceptable items include;
-Books
-Decks
Non-Acceptable items include;
-Herbs
-Body products
-Oils
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges on items with publishing errors, or manufactured defects.
This applies to returnable items such as but not limited to; books and decks.
Please note that all non-returnable items ARE NOT exchangeable.
