Challenge yourself with a full body flow class! Each week will emphasize a different component of Asana practice. Use your breath and intuition as a guide and adapt the suggested postures to your own pace.
Bio: Alythia began her yoga instruction journey in 2012 with a 20 hour Yoga Foundations intensive workshop from NETA (National Exercise Trainers Association). After two years of teaching in gyms, studios, and volunteer events, she returned to studing with a 230 hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Yoga Instructor program. During this time, she learned that the role of a yoga instructor is not limited to the studio. Yoga is not a thing one does or a hat one puts on and takes off, but a journey towards the authentic self that once started, can not be stopped. That excitement and passion for self exploration is what one can expect in Alythia’s classes at Magus Books.
