Class begins at Noon*
*Class length depends on class size. This beginner’s class is meant to establish and develop a strong foundation in Reiki practices. In this course, students are introduced to basic Reiki principles, concepts, terminology, treatment-methods, and history. Based in traditional Reiki, students do not receive any symbols but instead learn how to give oneself Reiki for self healing. The day wraps up with attunements and discussion. Questions?
