1/10/2019 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Building off of the information in the Infused Oils class, Ointments are the next step in learning how to make more complex herbal remedies. Learning different methods of making ointments is covered as well as the different types of aliment they treat. Knowing their properties and the types of herbal infusions that best work with ointments will make your home remedy chest just that much better. Taking time at the end of the class, you will be able to make your own ointment to take home.
January 17th 5:30PM - 7:30PM These classes cover some of the most important herbs, minerals, and resin in modern herbalism, the tissue states they address, their history and lore, and the primary ways they are used magically but mostly medicinally – including dosage. We start at the beginning of the herb wall and make our way towards the end, finishing in year three.
January 21st 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM All queer men are welcome to join in this monthly discussion group on religion, spirituality, health, wholeness, and progress. Historically mainstream religious paths have excluded queer men from their customs and rituals. Even new religious movements that welcome queer people in their communities can have heterocentric theologies which fail to address our specific needs, experiences, and desires.
