2:00 - 4:00
The Chaldean Oracles present the most mystic and elusive vision of Hekate as ensouling creatrix of the world, and this 2-Hour workshop will provide crucial context for understanding how the theurgy of Hekate's celestial aspect had Platonic roots, Gnostic parallels, and contrasted greatly from the traditional techniques of sorcerous compulsion in Roman Egypt. It will culminate in a performance of the Greek Magical Papyri's Headless Rite, in which the attendees will be invited to participate. Study materials provided.
