Come for an hour of meditation and energy exchange with the use of a crystal sound bowl. The meditation session will be lead by Anna Fitzer, who has been practicing numerous methods of meditation for over a decade. Meditation can increase focus and motivation throughout life. For in on our greatest intentions and desires, progress and happiness await. In this class, we will work on channeling these desires and projecting our actions forward into the future.
