Anubis, one of the most iconic gods of ancient Egypt. The god of the underworld, he ruled over the funeral rites and emblaming process. The guardian of the scale, he watches over the weighing of the heart against a feather and determines wheterh the person is worthy of entering the realm of the dead, or be DEVOURED by the goddess Ammit.
