This is a very interesting publication from the late '90s.  While there was never a 2nd issue this volume contains a number of very interesting articles on Hermetic and Alchemical topics and it is a very interesting cross section of Thelemic Ceremonial Magick thoughts and philosophy from this very interesting of decades!
