Interplay - Kennesaw State University Philosphy Student Association
This is the fourth volume in a unique series that combines the work of
promising undergraduate and graduate students with essays by distinquished
scholars. These essays are selections from the 4th Annual North Georgia
Student Philosophy Conference help at Kennesaw State University and represent
some of its best papers.
This volume also includes and essay from keynote lecturer, David Krell of
DePaul University, entitled Where's Walden? Conversations with Henry David
Thoreau and Marlonbrando. This work reveals an intimate portrait of
its author and leads readers through important philosophical investigations of
the heart. Questions about life, love, and laughter arise naturally as if
in conversation with an old friend long unseen, but not forgotten.
Alongside this playful discussion are essays that challenge readers and stir
up new ideas. Each paper represents the best from a unique gathering of
intellectuals from a variety of disciplines. Topics vary widely, but they
come together not as individual mechanism in a collection of work but as one
harmonious conversation about youthful hopes and concerns.
