Would you like to be able to work with The Complete Golden Dawn System of Magic right on your computer? Well, now you can.
The entire Complete Golden Dawn System of Magic is now available as a computer-readable eBook (in pdf format) and supplied on a CD. It can be used on any computer (Windows, Mac, etc.) that has Adobe's (Acrobat) Reader installed.
This New Edition has a fully linked Index! Every Index entry links directly to the referenced page. Just click and go!
How the eBook Was CreatedThis eBook is in Adobe Portable Document Format (pdf). It was created from the 2003 Second Revised Edition of The Complete Golden Dawn System of Magic and looks exactly the same: format, layout, pagination, everything. Ideal if you want to use the two together.
(Because Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology was used to create this eBook, there may be a few minor differences/errors as compared to the hardcopy edition.)
How You Might Use the eBookThis eBook can be used alone or with any hardcopy edition of The Complete Golden Dawn System of Magic. (For editions prior to 2003, the extensive Index can be especially useful. You can even print it out!)
Here are some suggestions for use:
- Bookmarks --- The eBook includes links to the individual Volumes of The Complete Golden Dawn System of Magic (as well as some other useful places in the book, such as the color insert and the Index). Clicking on a link takes you directly to the "Table of Contents" for that Volume. You can click on the individual items in a Table of Contents to go directly to the referenced page.
- Index --- Every Index entry links directly to the referenced page. Just click and go!
- Searching --- You can search the eBook for words and phrases. (e.g., you could search for "Hierophant"; or "Wheel of Fortune"; or "Fourth House"; etc.; etc.)
- Zooming --- This lets you see pages at different sizes. It's especially useful if your eyes aren't the best or if you wish to examine diagrams in greater detail.
- Printing --- You can print any of the pages of the eBook. This can be extremely handy if you want to make notes without defacing your hardcopy edition; or to use the Index with an edition prior to 2003; or to have a copy of the Enochian Dictionary separate from the book; etc.
