Cetyl myristoleate is used by some to fight arthritis. Its actions are theorized to be three fold: lubricating the joints, reducing inflammation, and calming the immune system. Studies have not borne out the last claim, but there is still more work that needs to be done.

Magickally, Cetyl myristoleate is about freedom. Sprinkle in any area where freedom is desired, a little in a work area, a pinch in the car, anywhere a little more movement could be helpful.
