Carrot Root-1/4 inch Diced-Organic-1 pound

Daucus carota, carrot, is valued for its nutritional content. In traditional and natural Western healing, carrot is used to balance the digestive system, and do a host of other things. Containing high levels of vitamin A, carrots can be over eaten, turning the person's hands or face orange! Too much vitamin A is not healthy, but so is too little, so eating some carrots every week is a good idea.

Magickally, carrots have been about love since the time of Pliny the Elder. He wrote about carrots as a guaranteed way to get the one you love to love you in return.
