Bacopa Herb-Powder-Organic-1 ounce
Bacopa, or Bacopa monnieri, is an adaptogenic herb that reportedly enhances concentration, promotes relaxation, rejuvenates and feeds the nervous system, all while supporting calmness and clarity. The herb is used for the nerves, muscles, circulation, the immune systems, and the reproductive systems. A part of the Ayurvedic medical system from India, Bacopa is considered tridoshic, or good for all body types.
Traditionally used with issues that occur with aging, Bacopa has been used with ADD and ADHD in recent decades. For some people it calms allergies, including asthma. For others it is just a great herb for concentration and learning.
Sometimes called Brahmi, like two other herbs in Ayervedic medicine, it is named for Brahma, the Hindu god of creation. That makes this herb an ideal magickal herb to celebrate the beginning of a new project and to give new projects a little extra energy.
