Arnica Flower-Whole-1 pound
NEW! Arnica (Arnica Montana) should be used externally & homeopathically only and never taken internally as an herb! The herb is applied externally for a variety of reasons. It is probably most famous for its purported usefulness in relieving pain and healing contusions, sprains, bruises, and wounds that do not break the skin. Arnica can also soften the skin, and help the lungs get rid of waste and phlegm (remember, external uses only!). Poultices have been placed over the lungs and over the digestive system for issues with these areas of the body.
Warnings include: Not for internal use. Do not use on open wounds or broken skin. Contraindicated when arnica allergy is present. Long use can also give rise to eczema, pustules, dermatitis, necroses and is not recommended. In treatment involving higher concentrations of the drug, primary toxic skin reactions with formation of vesicles or even necroses may occur.,BR> Magickally, this is a healing herb used in washes to soothe battered souls.
