A blue clipboard icon, explained only in the introduction, signals that adult assistance is recommended, a warning that seems insufficient, given that most children skip the introductions. However, that would be a mistake for young crafters using this book, since the opening pages offer basic instructions and advice on melting the soap base, pouring it into molds, and removing the hardened soap.
