The Children's Health Food Book is written for parents and their children so that the knowledge can be shared between them. It teaches children the difference between traditional eating habits and healthy eating habits, and why it is necessary to reevaluate the way we have been taught to eat. The knowledge gives children a chance to grow up healthy by learning which foods are right for them to eat and which foods are wrong for them to eat.
