Think of what it would mean to elementary school children to be greeted thus by their new teacher at the beginning of the new school year:
"Children, I can fairly well promise you that if you study hard and always strive to know the full range of the body's capabilities, you will in all probability not have to die."
What if there were a statute...but there won't be a statute...but there might be a statute which read:
"Not making an all-out effort to go on living and the act of dying are from this date on classed first-order felonies. Citizens will need to strive to define the heartiness of their existences and be responsible for astute and timely assessment of negative turns of events and failed or failing conditions.
"Choosing to live within a tactically posed surround - tutelary abode will be counted as an all-out effort to go on living."
