About the Actor
Rich McCord is the worldwide Director of Ananda Yoga and The Expanding Light Yoga & Meditation Retreat. He has been teaching yoga for over 16 years. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Yoga Alliance, a nationwide coalition of yoga teachers dedicated to setting standards for teacher training, ethical interaction with students, and preserving the integrity of the practices. Lisa Powers has been teaching yoga for more than 17 years and works at the Expanding Light Yoga & Mediation Retreat where she leads hatha yoga retreats, teachers meditations, and is an assistant Ananda Yoga Teacher Trainer.
