What is your order acceptance policy? MagusBooks.com reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to alter the price of all items we carry at any time, as stated by our policy: Prices Subject to Change without Notice. What forms of payment to you accept? MagusBooks.com currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order, and Paypal payments, as well as Personal Checks (orders held until payment clears). What will shipping costs be? The best way to receive an estimate of shipping costs is to proceed to checkout and enter your address and choose your shipping method. MagusBooks.com offers many different shipping options though both USPS and UPS which can be selected during the check out process. For retail customers in the United States and Canada we do offer flat rate shipping. Flat rate shipping in the US is $5.75. Flat rate shipping to Canada is $13.00. Wholesale customers and those who chose a specific shipping method pay exact freight costs. Do you charge sales tax? MagusBooks.com is required to charge Minnesota sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Minnesota. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax (or other taxation) on orders shipped to any other state or out of the country. I found an incorrect price on the website…can I hold you to it? No. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., MagusBooks.com will attempt to contact you by phone or email before canceling the order or item that is incorrect. However, if you find an error on the website and write us at Support@MagusBooks.com BEFORE you place an order for that item we will reward you in proportion to how glad we are to be aware of the problem. These rewards might include % discounts or free products. The Price on the website is different than the price in the catalog…which is correct? The website. Information on our web site is updated daily and will always be the most current information available. Prices and information received from us in printed form (Catalogs, Printouts, Flyers) are superseded by information on the website. Some of the items I ordered were Backordered. When can I expect these items? Unfortunately with a catalog of 60,000+ items, backorders will occur. When an item is backordered with us we do everything in our power to find this item and get it sent to you as soon as possible. Your credit card is never charged until the item actually ships and so you will not be billed for backorders until we are able to send them to you. Backorders in the United States ship with no additional shipping costs. We will keep an item backordered for you until one of three things happen: 1. You tell us to cancel the backorder, 2. 12 months from the date of the initial order go by without our being able to ship the item 3. We are able to get the item and send it to you. What is the Privacy Policy of MagusBooks.com? MagusBooks.com does not share customer information including emails, phone numbers, or postal mail addresses with anyone. It is not our policy to spam nor do we send unwanted postal mail. If you have received a communication from us that you feel is unsolisited or for any other reason is unwanted please e-mail Support@MagusBooks.com and we will add you to our op-out list. What is your return policy? Because of purity and safety concerns, no returns will be accepted for any herbal products or loose incense. MagusBooks.com accepts returns of non-herbal products within 30 days of receipt of order. Returns must be approved prior to being sent by contacting us by emailing Order@MagusBooks.com or by calling us at 1-612-379-7669. You must have the original order number (available on the invoice) to refer to. Returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval. I have received my order but it is missing items or items are damaged, how do I file a claim? If you are missing any merchandise from your order, or have received damaged items, put the package aside and contact us within 10 days so we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner. You may do so by e-mailing Order@MagusBooks.com or calling 1-612-379-7669. MagusBooks.com will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a packing error. No merchandise will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of damage claims or missing package claims with the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, Etc…) will be the responsibility of MagusBooks.com. What is the Privacy Policy of MagusBooks.com?
